| TalentPoint.net is the premier Lotus Notes recruiting company in the United States and helps thousands of Lotus professionals find the careers they desire. Ixion was tasked to design a Lotus Domino website that converted an existing Notes based recruiting and tracking system. This system required heavy interactivity by it's users and the TalentPoint staff. Many of the web based functions had to be automated to provide a self service type tool. A Lotus Notes client version was required in addition to the website. |
| The Solution |
| Starting with a basic Contact Management System , the Ixion development team architected a new content management system and on-line self registration process that enabled each potential candidate to create an on-line account and stores their personal profile in that account. The candidates were able to supply on-line information about themselves, their previous employment history, and their future career endeavors. These candidate profiles were evaluated by TalentPoint staff and matched against current employment opportunities in the industry. The TalentPoint staff, through an automated process, built a custom dossier for each candidate that completed their personal profile. This dossier could then be used by the candidate in future career searches - free of charge. The TalentPoint solution also offered a means for employers to build their own employer profile which included detailed information about the employer, employment benefits, and current employment needs of the employer. Likewise, the TalentPoint staff would search it's extensive candidate database to supply the "right candidate" for the employers employment needs. |

| The TalentPoint website (www.talentpoint.net) has evolved into a full scale content management solution as well as a recruiting system. As a content management solution, the TalentPoint staff are able to make direct changes to the website content and publish it immediately to keep the information fresh and relevant. The Notes client version handles all aspects of the recruiting process and assists the staff in easily locating the right candidate. The website registration process is completely automated as well as many internal processes. |
